First shampoo,I suddenly had tiny hairs pop up! Now you can feel the hair,but you can't really see it? After a few days you can feel the sparse hairs getting taller. My hair is noticeably thicker after 6 weeks
I'm very picky about shampoos. Most either dry out my hair or leave buildup. This one does neither?? My scalp feels clean, my hair feels soft and hydrated, AND I'm seeing less hair in my drain. The keratin makes such a difference, my ends don't feel like straw anymore.

I ordered and paid in good faith. My order has been sent to me, but is incomplete. As I paid more to get 'two for the price of one". When I emailed, I got a response, saying their team would find out why my order wasn't complete. I have emailed them asking where it is, complete radio silence. TOTAL SCAM, DONT BUY FROM THEM, read ALL the reviews. I wasn't put on automatic subscription like everyone else, because I used a debit card.

This company has made it so difficult to cancel or change my current subscription. I also don't see an easy way to return my unused and unopened products. I would advise other customers to be careful when buying from them. I haven't seen any improvement in my hair or roots.
