Shipping Times

  • United States: Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after processing.

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

  • Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website at the time of purchase.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.

  • Kerarose is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows that your package is delayed or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Please allow a few extra business days for delivery.

  2. Contact our support team if the package appears lost or has not arrived after 15 business days (U.S.) or 25 business days (international).

We’ll be happy to assist in resolving the issue.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product so we can assist you promptly.
